“Muck up days” have recently hit the news, and before we know it, young people will be involved in “schoolies” celebrations all over Australia.

A young lady's guide to alcohol and A young gentleman's guide to alcohol provide straightforward harm reduction information about binge drinking and the different risks of drinking for young women and men.
