Reducing alcohol-related harms in community sport

21 April 2010

Free interactive seminar and forum held from 10.00am to 12.30pm on Wednesday 21 April 2010 at the State Netball Hockey Centre, Parkville.

The seminar discussed how community sporting clubs can play an important role in reducing alcohol-related harms, and create a setting that will cultivate and develop healthy individuals and sporting clubs. There was also an opportunity to discuss the issues arising from the December 2009 DrugInfo newsletter and Prevention Research Quarterly.
